What is waste engine oil?

Waste oil, that is waste engine oil, mainly refers to the waste lube oil generated from all kinds of machinery, vehicles and ships. Due to the surrounding pollution, the lube oil will generate large quantity of gum and oxide, which will reduce the friction control, wear resistance, cooling, sealing and vibration attenuation of the lube oil. Therefore, the oil must be replaced by new lube oil, resulting in waste oil.

What is waste engine oil catalyst?

Waste Engine Oil Catalyst is a kind of white strip-type Catalyst (with non-hydrogen pore structure), which belongs to supersiliceous zeolite and long-term gas phrase catalyst.

Application:

Waste engine oil catalyst is suitable for waste engine oil, crude oil, waste tires and other raw materials as well as single pot distillation device, etc. It belongs to a kind of n-alkane cracking catalyst with short hydrocarbon chain, which could make oil plant (in reaction kettle with high temperature) pyrolysis gas phrase and repeated purification, then produce oil with high quality.

DZC-EA, DZC-EB waste engine oil catalyst can obviously improve the quality of oil. The cetane number of the product diesel is generally 10-20 units higher than that of FCC diesel.
